Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The Fireball, a KMG creation, is one of the most widely seen major attractions at fairs today. The Fireball has four large supports to hold up a hub at the top, from the hub hangs a large arm that holds a claw-like wheel. The claw has 6 spokes with sets of 4 seats attached to the ends of each spoke; riders are seated in an inverted seat with their legs hanging down!
